Abstract Submission Guideline

Conference participants who would like to make their submissions can choose to present their works either by oral or poster presentation. However, the scientific committee will stipulate the final mode of presentation for each participant.
The deadline for abstract submission is 15 January 2026 Abstracts received after this date will not be considered.

Instructions to authors

1. Abstract can only be submitted electronically on the registration/submission page of the conference website.
2. Acknowledgement of receiving of your submission will be sent to the author’s registered e-mail address immediately upon submission.
3. A registered ID will be issued and used as the authors’ reference. If you do not receive the acknowledgment e-mail, please do not submit the abstract again. Kindly contact the conference organizer at the following email: Interconfnur@psu.ac.th
4. Please fill in the author information following the headings: Full Name of the Presenter, Affiliation (Institution/Organization), Email Address of the Presenter), Phone Number of the Presenter, and the list of all authors, once you completed them, please do not forget to select the presentation type and presenter’s signature.
5. The abstract must be written as a structured abstract following the headings: title, background, objective(s), methods, results, conclusions, and keywords.
6. Tables, figures, and references are strictly prohibited in abstract submissions. Please submit abstract in Microsoft Word format (.docx/.doc) only and set up 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on the document.

Submission Guideline

The scientific program committee reserves the right to reclassify submitted abstracts into the most appropriate area of review. Abstracts will only be considered for presentation if they have not been published or presented elsewhere.

Submission Process

An abstract may only be submitted electronically on the registration/submission page. When entering the registration/submission page for the first time, you will be asked to create an account with your e-mail and password followed by your biography. Please follow the submission process carefully.

Abstract Language and Length:

Abstracts must be written in English. The maximum length allowed for an abstract is 500 words. The abstract title, the author(s), names of institutions, and keywords are not included in the count of 500 words.

1. TITLES: Abstract titles (Times New Roman size 12, bold) are required to be 10 words or less.
2. AUTHORS: Each author (first name and last name) plus institution or affiliation should be listed in the proper order. The name of presenting author must be marked in bold.
3. ABSTRACT STRUCTURE AND CONTENT: (Times New Roman size 12): All abstracts should be 500 words or less. The abstract must contain a brief detail of your study in the following order: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Please see the example of an abstract provided on our website.
4. KEYWORDS: Enter up to five keywords and separate them with commas. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. The scientific program committee will do no editing.
